The marketing authorization holder shall submit a request for an expert opinion using the prescribed form “Request for expert opinion on matters within the competence of the Medicines and Medical Devices Agency of Serbia,” pursuant to Article 14, Item 3 of the Decision on the amount and payment of tariffs for the Medicines and Medical Devices Agency of Serbia (“Official Gazette”, No. 52/05 and 75/06).
Expert opinion shall be prepared upon request after the payment.
